On November 1st, 2025, representatives from the Institute of development and application for sound materials DASM attended the 30th Anniversary Ceremony of the Bureau of Accreditation (BoA) at the invitation of the organization.
The event holds significant meaning for the fields of testing, accreditation, and quality management in Vietnam.
The role of BoA in the national quality accreditation system
Over the past 30 years, BoA has played a pivotal role in establishing and developing Vietnam’s national accreditation system, ensuring transparency, objectivity, and harmonization with international standards.
BoA is the authority responsible for assessing and accrediting laboratories, inspection organizations, and certification bodies, through the national accreditation code VILAS.
This accreditation system enhances the credibility and reliability of testing results and ensures that laboratories in Vietnam meet international technical competence and quality management requirements.
DASM – The first acoustic institute in Vietnam accredited under VILAS for acoustic testing
DASM is proud to be the first acoustic institute in Vietnam to be accredited by BoA under the VILAS program in the field of acoustic testing.
