DASM Acoustic Testing for an International Testing & Certification Lab

DASM has just completed an in-depth measurement – acoustic testing package for a laboratory of an international group operating in Testing & Certification. The work serves to assess the acoustic conditions of the working area and to meet technical verification criteria under international standards.

Scope of acoustic measurement – testing

The measurements carried out include:

• Room background noise measurement (Background Noise Level)
• Determination of noise correction factors K1 – K2 – K3 (Noise Correction Factors)

The entire acoustic measurement – testing process was carried out in accordance with international standards:

• ISO 3386-1 – Assessment of physical and mechanical characteristics
